This notice describes the Scarcity Audit on ameratiyah.com. It is the notice named in the consent boxes on that tool.

Who uses your email

Amer Atiyah is the data controller. He uses your email address to send the Scarcity Audit results you asked for, and to send the newsletter only if you opted in.

What is collected

If you ask for your full results, the site receives your email address, the language of the page, the tool name, your score, your score band, your profile, your three sub-scores, and the time you gave consent. Your answers to the twelve questions stay in your browser and are not sent. If you also tick the newsletter box, that choice and the newsletter language you picked are stored with the newsletter record.

Why

Your email is used to send the Scarcity Audit results you asked for. The newsletter is sent only if you tick the second box.

Where it is stored

The results email is sent through Resend. The newsletter, only if you opt in, is stored with Buttondown. In both cases the data is stored outside Saudi Arabia, in the United States.

How long it is kept

Your email address and the record kept with it stay until you unsubscribe or ask for them to be deleted. When you ask for deletion, they are deleted.

Withdrawing consent or asking for deletion

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in one click from a newsletter email. To withdraw consent for the results message, or to ask for access or deletion, write to me@ameratiyah.com.
